Call for Volunteers: Will County Fair 2024
Dear WCTA Members and Supporters,
We are excited to announce our participation in the Will County Fair for the third consecutive year! This partnership offers a fantastic opportunity for community engagement and fundraising. We will be showcasing historical equipment, running kids’ farm games, selling raffle tickets and merchandise, and sharing information about our organization.
In addition, we will be operating golf carts to help transport fair patrons from the parking lot to the gates. This is a wonderful chance to interact with the community and promote WCTA.
Volunteer Roles:
Golf Cart Drivers: Assist fair patrons from their parking spots to the gate.
Booth Volunteers: Sell merchandise and raffle tickets, hand out giveaways, and engage with fair patrons at our exhibit.

Location: Will County Fairgrounds, 710 S West St, Peotone, IL 60468
Dates: August 21-25, 2024
Partial and Full Shift Times Available:
Wednesday: 8AM-8PM
Thursday: 8AM-8PM
Friday: 8AM-8PM
Saturday: 8AM-8PM
Sunday: 8AM-8PM

All donations received from the golf cart rides go directly to WCTA.
