WCTA will be showcasing some of our member restoration projects!

  • Explore the 1972 Peotone Mill

  • Peruse antiques, exhibits, artisans & more

  • Experience Cypress Company Civil War reenactors

  • Enjoy food available for purchase & bake sale

  • Free admission & parking

This year, in addition, there will be live music, craft beer & food on Sept 20th from 4-9PM.

WCTA at Will County Fair

Join us at the Will County Fair!

📍 West Entrance Booth & Golf Cart Shuttle
📅 August 20-24, 2025

The Will County Threshermen’s Association will have a booth at the west entrance of the fairgrounds during the Will County Fair! We’ll also be operating golf carts to assist ADA guests and fair patrons traveling from parking areas to the main gate.

🙋‍♀️ We Need Volunteers!
We’re looking for friendly faces to help with:

  • Staffing our booth

  • Driving golf carts (must be 18+ with valid license)

WCTA at Will County Fair

Call for Volunteers: Will County Fair 2024 

Dear WCTA Members and Supporters,  

We are excited to announce our participation in the Will County Fair for the third consecutive year! This partnership offers a fantastic opportunity for community engagement and fundraising. We will be showcasing historical equipment, running kids’ farm games, selling raffle tickets and merchandise, and sharing information about our organization. 

In addition, we will be operating golf carts to help transport fair patrons from the parking lot to the gates. This is a wonderful chance to interact with the community and promote WCTA. 

Volunteer Roles: 

  •  Golf Cart Drivers: Assist fair patrons from their parking spots to the gate. 

  •  Booth Volunteers: Sell merchandise and raffle tickets, hand out giveaways, and engage with fair patrons at our exhibit. 

Event Details: 

  • Location: Will County Fairgrounds, 710 S West St, Peotone, IL 60468 

  • Dates: August 21-25, 2024 

  • Partial and Full Shift Times Available: 

    • Wednesday: 8AM-8PM

    • Thursday: 8AM-8PM

    • Friday: 8AM-8PM

    • Saturday: 8AM-8PM

    • Sunday: 8AM-8PM

Why Volunteer? 

  • Help raise awareness about WCTA and our Annual Show. 

  • Engage with the community and share your passion for historical agriculture. 

  • All donations received from the golf cart rides go directly to WCTA. 

How to Volunteer:
